Jeff Kerr of Marlin Wastewater Services stood in the blazing sun at Lake Auman today and spent a good 45 minutes talking to my buyer client and answering a litany of questions about the operation of a Septic system. In doing so, he calmed the clients unfounded fears and turned a person with lots of concerns into an advocate. This was in addition to the septic inspection he conducted. I wish I had had a video camera. The tutorial Jeff gave was the best explanation I have heard in 16 years. Thank you Marlin and thank you Jeff for going beyond and providing superior customer service.
